Healthy food delivered directly to your doorstep.  All meals are thoroughly cooked and should arrive frozen or refrigerator cold.  Simply place your pre-cooked meals in your freezer.  Thaw and heat in the microwave or oven.  All entrees are $6.95 not including shipping and handling.  Flat Rate Shippling for only $19.95 (minimum order of 12 meals).

 Meals are delivered by volunteers from supporting churches, businesses, civic organizations, and other caring individuals in the neighborhood.   Each meals program delivers to a specific geographical area.
